Oak Crest operates much like a cluster of off-campus graduate
university research groups with strong on-campus ties. Productive
collaborations have already been established with professors at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), University of California, San Diego (UCSD), the Worchester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Pasadena City College (PCC) and the University of Minnesota (UMN), among others.

Cross-pollination in these relationships already has led to a
noticeable enhancement of the infrastructure for research and
education. Our current collaborative research programs include:
atmospheric aerosol studies, development of a non-invasive cardiac output monitor, and the investigation of the thermal delubrication of powder metal compacts.
