Trick-or-Treat, Fellow Monrovians!
Today (10/31), starting at 3 PM, the Old Town Monrovia will be turned into a ghoulish Trick-or-Treat zone, and the Library Park will host the Halloween Bash. As in previous years, Oak Crest will be represented by zombie and witches… Please stop by, say hello, and try one of the potions.
